Only with extreme passion can you see beyond the end of your nose and face difficult paths that never seem to come to an end. You can only grow and fulfil your dreams with courage to tackle these difficulties and occasional knockbacks. After numerous sleepless nights but equal joy and special encounters we have built up faith in what we do. In this way our love for quality cooking has evolved along with the desire to want to tell others about it.
The company started in Perugia in 2010 with the name of “La Casa delle Cuoche The home of Chefs” which then became “Cucinaré” in 2017
“cucinaré” is a creative workshop where Chefs and cooking lovers alternate with the aim of promoting the characteristics of our local area. Amateur cooking courses in private and public venues, the organisation of food and wine events, catering services, show cooking and marketing projects devised and developed by an all-female team that is extremely attentive to the evolution of cooking and that experiments and studies new techniques with enthusiasm and a coherent and healthy approach.
“cucinaré” enhances the value of quality and tradition with an innovative and creative modern pace. Attention to detail and respect for the customer are the result of careful professional recruitment of employees, the selection of high quality products and the ability to constantly offer new concepts and solutions thanks to our highly qualified staff.
Diana Capodicasa, marketing, communications and event organiser expert, develops projects for the company aimed at promoting the brand image by creating television formats, global marketing and events. She manages relations with institutions, clients and partners and she oversees projects of internationalisation by means of networks of firms that allow the company to expand its range of action.
Caterina Betti is the chef of “cucinare”.
Caterina started her professional life as a creative photographer. Keen on cooking from the start, she cultivated her passion attending courses in important cooking schools like the Italian Chefs Academy. This led her to perfect some advanced techniques which, using her outstanding creativity, she adapted to Umbrian cooking, a cuisine that is famed throughout Italy for its use of local products.
Since 2017 the company has been recognised as a TRAINING INSTITUTE by the Region of Umbria for running courses that are aimed at employment and provide certificates with recognised qualifications.
