He starred in the cooking programme “the prova del cuoco” on Rai 1 and “Hiro in Japan” transmitted on the channel Gambero Rosso (channel 412) on Sky. His dishes are a journey, they are exciting and influenced by oriental culture but supported by international studies and made with Mediterranean ingredients.
