Paoletta will lead you step by step into the fascinating world of puff pastry to discover the secrets of perfect puff pastry at home.
We will prepare croissants and Pain au chocolat with Paoletta working by hand and using Kenwood mixers.

Cost €99 including lunch, kitchen utensils, apron, recipe booklets, Kenwood mixers and..lots of fun!
